GANI GIDADO ABUBAKAR
Born in Niger State of Nig. Admitted, into the Nigerian Bar, 1987 Education:
University of Benin, LL.B (Hons) 1986. Prior to forming the firm of Abubakar
& Abubakar (now Fortbanc Solicitors), Gani worked in various capacities in
Law firm of Chris Ezekwu & Co and at the time he decided to go into private
practice, had critical experience in the handling of legal issues involving
litigation, commercial practice, maritime and Admiralty Law, Information
Technology and Intellectual Property.

KENNETH NNAMDI EZE –LL.B, B.L, LL.M, ACIArb. (U.K)
Kenneth is a 2012 graduate of Law from Ebonyi State University and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2014. He was inducted into the membership of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, United Kingdom in 2016 and bagged his Master of Laws Degree from the University of Lagos in 2018. He has had the opportunity of building his career in legal practice in reputable Law Firms and had worked as an associate in the Law Firm of A.O Alegeh & Co. (SAN) immediately before joining the team at Fortbanc Solicitors.

DIOKA ENEH ESQ.
Mr. Eneh graduated from the University of Nigeria in 2013 with LL.B Honours and proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus where he obtained his Bachelor at Law Degree. He was thereafter called to the Nigerian bar in 2014 as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He has an undying curiosity for Corporate and Commercial Law, Regulatory/Compliance, Tax Law, Admiralty and Maritime Law.
Since his call to the Nigerian Bar, he has worked as a Counsel-in-Chambers with Chief F. A. O. Yusuf and Co. (Barol Chambers) and was an Associate at CLIC Partners, under the tutelage of Chief (Mrs.) A.J. Offiah SAN. His records in these Firms stand him out as a diligent and resourceful legal practitioner. He later proceeded to work for Chikwem Chambers where he was exposed to the bare bones of insolvency practice and litigation in general.
He is a man that is driven by passion for work and is imbued with an uncommon enthusiasm for the practice of the legal profession in whatever form it presents itself.
Mr. Eneh has recorded appearances at the High Courts and all Superior Courts of record including the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
He has also attended several training programmes on corporate law, Insolvency and other related subjects. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) with an active participation in almost all the Association’s activities.
